A large amount of the success or failure you have in business will be based on the talent you recruit to work in your business.
The difference in results between hiring 1 quality A player VS a B player is astronomical.
Many times in business I hired people I liked or already knew rather than recruiting properly for the person who was more capable and had experience in a business like mine.
Each and every time I ended up regretting it.
I’d go as far as to say 1 A player is worth 2 B players… or 5 C players.
Now, the same can be said when it comes to building your wealth team.
Working with those A+ players is key to the results you get.
Do not make the mistake of putting the wrong people on your wealth team!
